4. Keep a journal

5. Sweat for AT LEAST 20-30 minutes a day

(you'll have access to a 24/7 virtual gym)

6. Following the weekly meal prep ideas & recipes

What does ACTIVE participation in a Mastermind group look like?

  • Daily check-ins via private FACEBOOK GROUP

  • Weekly LIVE team Zoom (typically Mondays @ 8pm EST)

  • Tracking results via exclusive secure app

  • Following your personal fitness program and/or nutrition program tailored to your needs

(your program is chosen after your 1:1 consultation)
